  • Pour 140g@ 0:00Fast spiral pour, full saturation, immediate light spin to level
  • Pour 2105g@ 0:50Slow center-out spiral, no agitation
  • Pour 3175g@ 1:40Slow center-out spiral, no agitation
  • Pour 4225g@ 2:30Light finishing pour (50g only), no agitation

Target: TDS ~1.50-1.55% | Extraction ~20-22%

Optional bypass: add 10–15g hot water directly to cup after brewing if body feels too heavy.
