Refund Policy:
At Empirical, coffee is roasted to order in small batches every Monday and Thursday. Because your beans are roasted specifically for your order, we're unable to accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns once roasting has begun.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at ask@empirical.sg with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. They are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, must be used in a single transaction, and are non-transferable.Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Orders over $60 SGD ship free. For orders under $60 SGD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
