Where We Ship
We currently ship within Singapore only. If there's enough interest in shipping further afield, we'll look into it — let us know at ask@empirical.sg if you'd like to see us there.
Roasting and Dispatch
We roast in small batches every Monday and Thursday, and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days — so you're always getting beans roasted within the week, not off a warehouse shelf.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2–3 business days.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $40 SGD qualify for free shipping, up to 1kg total order weight. Orders under $40 SGD have a flat $5 shipping fee.
Orders Over 1kg
If your order weighs more than 1kg, shipping is recalculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order (for example, a flat $8 for orders between 1kg and 2kg). This applies to all products, including coffee, equipment and other accessories.
