How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?

We roast in small batches every Monday and Thursday, then dispatch within 1–3 business days — so you're always getting beans roasted within the week, not off a warehouse shelf.

How long does delivery take, and is it free?

Orders over $60 ship free. Orders under $60 have a flat $5 shipping charge. We roast and dispatch within 1–3 business days, with delivery taking a further 2–3 days.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

We currently ship within Singapore only. If there's enough interest, we'll look into shipping further afield — let us know if you'd like to see us there.

Do you sell whole bean or ground coffee?

All our coffee is sold as whole beans only to preserve freshness — we don't offer a ground option. Check each product's Brewing Guide tab for our suggested grind size.

What's your return policy?

Once your beans have been roasted for your order, we're unable to accept cancellations — but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
